A new study carried out in US prisons showed that only 1% of test subjects were harmed by being hit in the ribs with a baseball bat. Dr. Sean B. Scientist carried out the experiment on 300 prisoners in federal detention centers.

In our exclusive interview, Dr. Scientist said “because only 3 of the prisoners died from being beaten in the ribs, we’ve concluded that 3% of the general population have ‘corporal sensitivity,’ which allows law enforcement to plan new strategies for collecting past due fines such as parking tickets.”
Cigarette and cell phone manufacturers are reportedly delighted by the findings, and have begun implementing marketing strategies for disseminating similar sensitivity strategies.
